Thank you for taking part in the SuitabilityHub x CoreData Platform Experience Study.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

This study is a joint initiative between specialist platform research firm SuitabilityHub and wealth management market research firm CoreData. Our aim is to measure the impact of platform providers on your business outcomes and identify how they can help level up your advice practice.

This is an anonymous survey for financial advisers and back-office staff. Your personal information will never be used for non-research purposes, and your responses will only be analysed in aggregate alongside those of other survey participants.

In appreciation of your time, the first 500 valid survey completions will each receive a $40 GiftPay Gift Card. Valid survey completions may also opt-in to receive a copy of the high-level findings. To be eligible, you will need to provide consent within the survey to being contacted by CoreData via email to organise the delivery of the gift card. There is a limit of one entry per individual and you must be an advice practice professional to qualify. The gift card will be issued by 1 June 2026.

Please note that the survey will timeout after 25 minutes of inactivity. Ensure that you are still actively clicking on the pages at least every 20 minutes to avoid termination of your session.
